Outdoor Central Tube Light-Armored Optical Cable (GYXTW)

The GYXTW53 outdoor central-tube armored optical cable features single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers encased in loose tubes made of high-modulus PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material, with fiber gel filling the tubes. The loose tubes are longitudinally wrapped with double-sided chrome-plated and plastic-coated steel tape; a water-blocking material is placed between the steel tape and the loose tubes. Two parallel steel wires are positioned on either side, followed by a polyethylene (PE) jacket to form the cable. The outer layer is again wrapped longitudinally with double-sided chrome-plated and plastic-coated steel tape, and then covered with a polyethylene (PE) jacket.

Outdoor Loose Tube Layer-Stranded Reinforced Double-Sheathed Flame-Retardant Optical Cable (GYTA)

The GYTA58 outdoor loose-tube stranded optical cable with double-layer armored flame-retardant construction features single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers encased in loose tubes made of high-modulus PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material, with fiber gel filling the loose tubes. At the center of the cable core is a metallic strength member; for certain cable configurations, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over the metallic strength member. The loose tubes (along with the filler strands) are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact, circular cable core. The gaps within the cable core are filled with water-resistant stuffing material. After longitudinal wrapping with plastic-coated aluminum tape, a polyethylene inner sheath is extruded. Finally, after longitudinal wrapping with double-sided chrome-plated and plastic-coated steel tape, the cable is completed with a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) outer sheath.

The GYXTW outdoor central-tube lightweight armored optical cable features single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers encased in loose tubes made of high-modulus PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material, with fiber gel filling the tubes. The loose tubes are longitudinally wrapped with double-sided chrome-plated and plastic-coated steel tape. A water-blocking material is placed between the steel tape and the loose tubes, and two parallel steel wires are positioned on either side before the cable is sheathed with a polyethylene (PE) jacket.

Indoor multi-core flexible optical cable (GJFJV)

The GJFJV indoor multi-core flexible optical cable features multiple optical fibers encased in a low-smoke, halogen-free jacket, forming 900-μm tightly buffered fibers. It uses imported aramid yarn as a supporting reinforcement member, with an outer layer of low-smoke, halogen-free jacket.
